Naturally Lyfted herbs and supplements are considered as food items and cannot be returned once shipped. If you find an issue with your product please email us with your invoice number and a picture of the product that is of issue. If we mailed you what you have ordered we will not take back items once they are shipped and delivered to you. 

For non-food items, We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed! If our product did not meet your satisfaction, email us at NaturallyLyfted@gmail.com Within 7 days of your sales receipt. Mail back the unused portion and we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, shipping labels will not be provided, You must mail the product back at your own expense.
